For many years we have been involved with retirement living new builds and refurbishments. One of the highlights over the past 9 years is working with Retirement Villages over 3 locations with 2 phases at Moat Park, 2 phases at Ceder Village and 8 phases so far at Limetree Village, with a total of 90 properties.
Educational
For many years we have set high standards in educational construction work. Across a variety of schools, we have created new buildings and laboratories, we have renovated and extended schools, created new sports pitches and we undertake all the associated external works and landscaping.
Residential
For owners and developers, we are involved from the very first steps with architects to design and build stunning residential homes, large extensions and even swimming pools! We manage the entire project from start to finish with a focus on communication with you at every step of the way to create your perfect space.
Commercial & Local authority
We undertake all types of commercial construction work, building office blocks, warehouse facilities and retail outlets. We carry out major earthworks and any associated external work to bring the project to completion.
Our team have been involved in many public sector and community projects, creating sports pitches, building youth centres and redeveloping community areas.
