Another longstanding relationship has been with Retirement Villages, where we have been part of creating their vision to build communities which are ‘Places to live, belong and thrive’.


They are a UK pioneer of integrated retirement villages and as well as some work on other sites, we have played a huge part in building their Warwickshire Village.

These homes are situated within 26 acres of landscaped ground. The focal point of the village is Cawston House where Trendgrey carried out 2 separate extensions and alterations works in 2016, maintaining a traditional appearance using modern methods.


We have thus far completed 90 houses at the village which comprise of a combination of 2- and 3- bedroom properties of traditional construction. The overall site featured variable ground conditions which involved numerous methods of engineered foundations.


We have also worked for Retirement Villages on the following projects.

  • Moat Park, Essex – Extension to Club House
  • Cedars Village, Herts - New retirement properties
