For many years we have been involved with retirement living new builds and refurbishments.

One of the highlights over the past nine years has been our collaboration with Retirement Villages across three locations. This project included two phases at Moat Park, where we developed residential units tailored to the senior community's needs. At Cedar Village, we completed two phases, enhancing living experiences with modern amenities and thoughtful design.

The most significant work has been at Limetree Village, with eight phases completed so far. Altogether, we have created 90 properties, each designed to provide a high quality of life for residents. This collaboration reflects our commitment to excellence in retirement living development.
